Clayplaster Museum Kueppersmuehle
Duisburg
Clayplaster Tierrafino Finish 100% Ayers Rock, applied on walls of a Museum in Duisburg, Germany. This beautiful curved staircase in Museum Küppersmühle, designed by the world-renowned architects Herzog & de Meuron from Basel, is a true highlight from our project collection. The clayplaster plastering work was carried out by Armin Ardi.
Clayplaster on the walls of the museum was applied at the architect's special request and gives the room a very natural feel. Every grip has to be perfect. The stairs and their railings are cast from colored concrete. The clayplaster on the walls is coated with diluted boiled linseed oil.
